The Magnet Recognition Program was developed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is based on five components: transformational leadership, structural empowerment, exemplary professional practice, new knowledge, innovation and improvement, and empirical outcomes. 

Education 

The Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) model is another nursing quality model used in healthcare institutions. The QSEN model is based on six competencies: patient-centered care, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety, and informatics. The QSEN model is designed to improve the quality and safety of patient care by ensuring that nurses have the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide high-quality care. 

The Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission (NCQAC) model is another nursing quality model used in healthcare institutions. The NCQAC model is based on four components: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The NCQAC model is designed to ensure that nursing care is delivered in a systematic and consistent manner, resulting in high-quality patient care.
