Common Mental Health Problems


 Introduction 

Mental health problems are becoming increasingly prevalent in our society, with an estimated 1 in 4 people experiencing some form of mental health issue each year. Mental health problems can have a significant impact on a person's quality of life, and it's essential to recognize the signs and seek help when needed. 

Here are some of the most common mental health problems that people experience:
